This is a working irrigated combination stock farm. In the past cattle, sheep, horses, suger beets, malt barley, wheat, oats, corn, and alfalfa have been produced on this ranch. There are between 300 & 400 irrigated acres. There is some dryland farm ground and a section summer pasture. This area of eastern Montana is short to medium grass prairie.

On the ranch there are Mule deer, Whitetail deer, Antelope, Pheasants, Turkeys, and Sharptail grouse. The Yellowstone River and is just minutes away with great fishing & rafting opportunities. There are elk in the area also.
